“A Dynamo team to challenge you and support permanent healthy
lifestyle changes” Patti Cook, Waimea

"Vivienne and Michael have provided me with very good tools in which to begin a NEW eating lifestyle. I love the positive and joyous presentation of the information. The 100 calorie per food category has helped me tremendously in planning my meals. Planning my meals beforehand has kept me from straying off and eating stuff I don't want/need or is not good for me. Having the support groups each week is great incentive to keep it up and it feels great to be on track. I highly recommend this program for anyone wanting to lose weight and be "healthier for life."

"You saying this is a joyous journey has stuck with me. Michael telling us to see ourselves now as we want to be has also been helpful- it is too easy to despise my body."

"Great information and support."

"Wonderful and inspiring."
