InShape, Hawaii is designed to give you the tools to change that for good. The program gives you a step-by-step guide to achieve lasting and permanent change. We help you to develop an eating guide and activity plan that works for you. Shopping lists, healthy quick and easy recipes, and stress resilience techniques are provided to help you maintain your new InShape lifestyle. The eight weeks of support and problem-solving gives you the time and tools to address concerns so that you feel competent in your new lifestyle and will be able to sustain these new healthy habits permanently. A new program will be starting this February.

Turn mauka up Opelo Road from Kawaihae Road (at Merriman’s Restaurant). Turn left at the next road which is Pomaikai Place. Turn left into the first parking lot. Enter the door next to the covered parking stall. Go upstairs. The office is the first door on the right.
